1. Tomato Butter Spaghetti

Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serving : 4
Ingredients :
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper ( and oregano if you prefer)
8 fresh tomatoes, chopped
4tbsp butter
225 gram cooked spaghetti ( or about 4 normal portions)
Cheese or parmesan ( optional)
How to cook :
- Use medium heat and pour oil into a large pan. Add onions, salt and pepper then stir together. Add garlic and cook until fragrant for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and stir to combine. Continue to cook over medium heat to break down tomatoes
- When the mixture reaches a simmer, reduce to low heat and stir in butter. Season again with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes more. Taste and season as necessary.
- Served with grated cheese or parmesan on top
2. Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
300 gram elbow macaroni
100 ml water
200 gram cauliflower or broccoli florets
150 gram pumpkin, diced.
80 gram carrot, sliced
320 ml milk
150 gram cheese shredded
80 gram cream cheese
How to cook :
- Add water and all vegetables in a pot over medium heat. Cover and cook until tender.
- Turn off heat, pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth
- Return blended mixture to the pot over medium heat, add milk, cheese and cream cheese.
- Add macaroni, reduce heat. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Mix and cook for another 20 mins.
- You can also sprinkle fried bacon bits. Enjoy!
3. Asian-Style Fried Rice
Comfort food never goes wrong, especially when it’s quick to make and delicious to taste.
Prep time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 15 mins
Serving: 4-5
Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
2 eggs, whisked
2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
1 small white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
4 cups cooked rice ( cold)
3 green onions, sliced
Soy sauce & oyster sauce ( to taste)
½ tbsp toasted sesame oil
How to make :
- Heat ½ tbsp butter over medium heat. Add egg and cook until scrambled. Set aside when done.
- Add 1 tbsp butter, this time saute carrots, onion and garlic, with a big pinch of salt and pepper. After 5 mins, add the rest of the butter while increasing the heat to high. Add rice, green onions, and sauces together.
- Continue to stir for 3 mins before adding the egg to combine.
- Before finishing up, taste and add soy sauce if needed.
- Serve & enjoy!
