  1. First of all, I had 5 deliveries, instead of one under Luxofood’s original operating system. This meant over 200,000 rp’s extra with delivery and tip vrs free before. Also very inconvenient to have 5 deliveries, my house is hard to find, so each courier sends messages and call on WhatsApp. There were no frozen packs, nothing delivered frozen. A big issue. One company forgot the delivery, I had to call Luxofood and rearrange.

  2. It take more than 2 hours to get the tracking link for my order and still not get it. The delivery service was good before but now its terrible.
