Winemaking Notes
Beth and her team went all-in to make Double Down their most impressive wine yet. Sourced from the best grapes in California and combined with signature, innovative winemaking techniques, this Red Blend is dark and luxurious. The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness which allows for rich, concentrated color and produces velvety tannins. After fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and structure to this dark, luxurious and bold Red Blend.
