Chilled, Frozen or Fresh products are exclusively shipped directly from our warehouses to your location by car or motorbike. Dry products can be shipped by regular courier. But in case your order combines chilled/frozen and dry products, we will ship them by car/motorbike.

Products can be available for shipping same-day or next-day, 7 days a week or only weekdays, it depends our partners. On each product page, a shipping information is included along with last order time (required by our partner to prepare the products). In cart or checkout pages we indicate which products will be shipped together and you can select your preferred delivery date.

Note: You have the option to ship all products at once in a later date.For regular courier shipping, the date showing is the earliest day we can handover the goods to the courier. Once the goods are received by the courier, a tracking code will be sent to you by email.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate varies depending on your order total, shipping destination and if all products are sent in one single shipment.By default, we combine products by their earliest available date (ex: today and tomorrow)

Shipping rates are calculated in Cart and Checkout pages.Free Shipping for orders with only 1 shipment and value above Rp1,500,000 (unless stated otherwise).

Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to packaging, design, materials, cold chain and safety are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.Within 7 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value.

Returns will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit for the amount indicated on the e-receipt received by email (it may take 4-5 business days from time of approved request).

Please note that returned items must be in new condition.For all cutlery returns (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners and knife storage), please contact us at +6281115525400 to initiate the return.We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of any chilled or frozen food products or dry/canned food which are considered sale items or because expiration date is short (expiration date is shown on product, cart, checkout pages and email you have received).
