Chopped pork meat mixed with veggies and some herbs, covered in wonton wrappers. With sauces on the side by Japanese chef.
Ingredients: Ground pork meat ,Cabbage , Japanese onion, Cooking Sake, Mirin, Shoyu, Garlic, Sesame, Ginger
How to Cook:
- Lightly heat in a frying pan and add oil
- Turn off the heat and line up the dumplings while they are frozen
- Set to high heat and add 100cc of water, cover and steam for about 5 minutes
- Open the lid and add oil
- Bake on medium heat to remove excess water until turn golden brown.
