Baked pasta dish in creamy truffle sauce.
INGREDIENTS: BUTTER, FLOUR, FRESH MILK, SALT, PENNE, MUSHROOMS, TRUFFLE, OLIVE OIL, DRY PARSLEY, PARMESAN CHEESE
WEIGHT ~ 1.000 GR (4/6 PORTIONS) ON 25X25CM TRAY
OVEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. REMOVE the aluminium tray from vacuum bag, cover it with aluminium foil and place it in oven at 200 C for approximately 45 minutes.
2. Check the temp in the middle of the dish with the point of small knife.
3 Remove the aluminium foil and place under the grill for a golden crust.
MICROWAVE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. REMOVE the food from aluminium tray, and place it on a microwaveable-safe dish with same size, wrap it and put in microwave.
2. defrost in microwave for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Turn the power to maximum and reheat for 5 minutes. Check the temperature in the middle of the dish with the point of small knife
