Morello cherries of the Oblacinska variety grown in high-altitude Serbia have been selected for the production of Ponthier’s Morello Cherry Puree. Harvested when ripe by hand, these small and fragile cherries are juicy, tangy, and sweet. The intense red-purplse colour makes this cherry puree distinctive. With added 10% sugar.
Tip: Ponthier Morello Cherry Puree pairs well with blackcurrant, blueberry, chestnut, and pear.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
