Grown at the foot of Mont d’Or, the Granny Smith apples used to create this apple puree have been selected by Maison Ponthier specifically for their tangy, juicy and fragrant character. Pale green in colour, with a pulpy texture, bitter sweet flavour, and citrusy aromatic tang, this apple puree is balanced with 10% added sugar.
Tip: Ponthier Beetroot puree pairs well with pear, strawberry, cucumber, and cinnamon.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
