Blackcurrant puree made with the Noir de Bourgogne variety of blackcurrants that are grown in the Burgundy region, known for their dark coloured skin, and juicy, tart interior. Harvested when at their peak ripeness, these blackcurrants yield an dark coloured puree. Unsweetened.
Tip: Ponthier Blackcurrant puree pairs well with blueberry, morello cherry, pear, and wild strawberry.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
