Ponthier’s Apricot puree is made with Bergeron variety apricots coming from the Rhone Valley in France. Hand-picked by farmers at the peak of ripeness, the Bergeron Apricot produces a puree with an exceptional flavour that is tangy, sweet and fragrant. Contains 10% added sugar.
Tip: Ponthier Apricot Puree pairs well with yellow pepper, mango, bergamot, and almond.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. After defrosting, store chilled between +2°C to +4°C and use within 15 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
