At Luxofood, we are used to being extremely cautious with the handling of our products in order to get them to you in the safest way. Since the very onset of the COVID19 back in March 2020 a number of measures were implemented to make sure our people, our products and our customers are safe. 

During the first lock down in April and May this year Luxofood has applied work from home (WFH), teams shifting and personel sanitation measures. It was also made sure our team members and the extended Luxofood family understands the impact of every single action to prevent the virus from spreading.

We all share the belief every individual action plays its role in the compounding effect of protection strategy which is put in place and deployed. Our people were supported with proper supplements and vitamins so that a high level of immunity is maintained at all times. Our approach saved us from being adversely affected or infected by the COVID19 and we couldn’t think of doing it any other way.

Unlike the first PSBB, rapid tests are now widely available and we are proud to say  ALL our warehouse staff and management team have been tested and all results came back non reactive. 

Distances were increased and additional sanitation measures put in place in our warehouses including packages handling until it is delivered to our customers.

Luxofood will keep monitoring the situation very closely.

Since May we have also been stocking up to limit the cases of out of stock due to supply chain disruption on both local and imported goods. So no fear to have on this side and our 5.000 products are all available in Jakarta.

In addition, as everyone has been through tough times recently, we will be doing free shipping in all Jabodetabek for minimum order of Rp. 500.000 instead of Rp.1.500.000
