Payment Issue? How to pay?
Once your have placed and order you should will be redirected automatically the our payment providers. Follow the steps to complete the payment.
Note: there is a 3 hours limit for payment with bank transfer. After this time, the order is automatically cancelled.
If you have created an account, you can still review and pay your order in “MY ACCOUNT>MY ORDERS”. Follow this link: https://luxofood.com/my-account/orders/ and click on “PAY” on the orders you wish to complete.

How to order?
Select the products you would like, add them to your cart and checkout. Luxofood only does same-day and next day(s) deliveries. You select the day and time you want to be delivered.
Few items, such as boxes of mineral water, are sent separately but they will be delivered on the day you have selected.
Please note that delivery time may shift according to courier, traffic conditions and preparation time.
Are there discounts?
Free shipping available on basket value.
Your delivery address is compulsory to calculate delivery cost.

How refunds work?
If products have been delivered, no refund can be requested for food safety reasons (hygiene and temperature control).
